- Intent to Lease form signed by owner(s) - Application to Lease completed and signed by lessee(s) - Copy of executed lease contract - Pay $150.00 application fee ($75.00 for returning lessees) - Copy of picture ID of lessee(s) - Sign forms for new lessee(s) - Our office will do the background check - And will schedule an interview with lessees |
